Stress Management
The holistic approach of Ayurveda and Yoga uses carefully planned programs like Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage) and Sirodhara by working at a physical level to soothe aching muscles and relieve tense nerves. While individually selected yoga, meditation and Pranayama (conscious breathing) programs help calm down the mind.
Also, follow-up recommendations and interactive sessions will help prevent the impact of stress through planned food and lifestyle.
Rejuvenation
This program aims to restore vigor and vitality by enhancing immunity and eliminating the toxins created by irregular lifestyle, unhealthy eating and prolonged stress. This program includes therapies like Abhyanga (massage), Sirodhara, medicated steam baths etc.
Rejuvenation along with Panchakarma tones up the muscles, strengthens the system and calms the mind.
Weight Reduction
This program aims to reduce excessive body fat caused by over-eating and indulgence in high fat foods, correcting irregular metabolism and clearing the energy-channels. Treatments include, deep dry massage, steam baths, yoga postures and breathing.
These will help mobilize the elimination of fat. Specially designed diet programs, yoga postures and breathing exercises are also prescribed.
Geriatric Care
Panchakarma therapies particularly medicated enemas relieving constipation and correcting digestion, Sirodhara nourishing the head, Pizhichil (Rejuvenation therapy) strengthening the system and imparting freshness.
